Spring Menus

Menu one

Pan seared scallops meyer lemon vinaigrette kumquats and watercress salad

Fish with couscous and sauteed field greens in garlic butter

Watermelon and rum granita

Menu two

Mixed baby green salad multi colored beets, Point Reyes blue cheese, aged balsamic vinaigrette

Rosemary Sun farms lamb chops, wild mushroom polenta, caramelized onions and broiled zucchini

Strawberry napolen fresh strawberries layerd between flaky puff pastry and local honey kissed marscapone served with a puree of strawberries

Menu three

Spiced apple vinaigrette crisp pancetta apples and pecans, spinach

Lavender roasted chicken, yukon gold garlic mashed potatoes, steamed green beans

Phyllo bowls of orange sorbet, honey and whipped cream

Menu four

Citrus segments candied pecans red onion and fennel salad formage blanc baby greens

Sun Farms Pork chops, peach chutney, baked sweet potatoe, sauteed greens

Warm Chocolate truffle torte Straus vanilla ice cream
